
This case presents a successful implementation of anti-static conveying technology at a milk powder processing facility in Zhejiang, Ningbo. The client, a dairy product manufacturer, required a reliable solution to handle fine milk powder with minimal product loss and maximum safety.

The client faced notable difficulties during conventional conveying operations. Static electricity accumulation on milk powder particles caused frequent material adhesion to pipeline walls, resulting in uneven material flow and increased cleaning downtime. More critically, the high electrostatic charge raised the risk of dust explosions, posing serious occupational safety hazards.
